Franklin-Granville-Vance Smart Start, Inc presents the 5th Annual Ducky Derby Race. At 2 o'clock, Garnett Street will be flooded with a river of rubber ducks and a fun time for everyone.
Tickets will be sold as the community adopts a duck.
